Symptoms:

You are getting pop-up windows you shouldn't be getting. Either ts2.exe, tsm.exe, tsm2.exe, tsl.exe, tsl2.exe or something like that is running in your Task Manager Processes window.

Possible Cause:

Some rat bastard has gotten adware on your system.

Check to see if iosdt.exe is running:

1. Open Windows Task Manager by pressing "Crtl" + "Alt" + "Delete".
2. Click the Processes tab.
3. Look to see ts2.exe, tsm.exe, tsm2.exe, tsl.exe, tsl2.exe or something like that is running (These are the few I came across but there are probably more names it runs under. If you have something like this but not exactly one of the names listed, check other sources to see if the process is actually adware or not before removing it). If none of these processes are running, this is information does not apply to your problem.

Removing tsm.exe, tsm2.exe, tsl.exe, tsl2.exe Adware :

1. Open Windows Task Manager by pressing "Crtl" + "Alt" + "Delete".
2. Click the Processes tab.
3. Select each ts2.exe, tsm.exe, tsm2.exe, tsl.exe, tsl2.exe that is running and click the end process button.
4. Close Windows Task Manager
5. Click the Start Button to open the Windows Menu and select Run.
6. Type "regedit" (no quotes) an click Ok.
7. Go to the folder: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache in the folder explorer on the left, and open it.
8. look for keys with the names ts2.exe, tsm.exe, tsm2.exe, tsl.exe, tsl2.exe and delete any of them that exist.
9. Close the Registry Editor.
10. Open the folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files and look for the folder called tsa.
11. Select and delete the entire folder.
12. Close the C:\Program Files\Common Files window.
13. Empty the Recycle Bin.
14. Reboot in Normal Mode.

The problem should be resolved.
