Billing With The Helm

Using The Helm Billing System

As a customer you are capable of viewing outstanding bills, making payments online, change billing methods or view previous invoices. All of this can be accomplished without having to contact Alien Hosts Billing Support. Although if you need you can contact Alien Hosts Billing Support at any time. To open the Billing Menu Click the "Billing" icon that ic circled in Img1.

On this account the user owes a balance of "$0.95 due" (Not actually Possible). This is shown circled in Img2 above.

 

Making a Payment:
To make a payment, from the Billing Menu Click the "Make Payment" icon as circled in Img3.
This will open the Make Paymants screen. [not shown]. From here you can choose how you would like to make any outstandoing payments. payment will ve reflected in the Billing Menu immediatly, as long as they are approved.

Viewing Account Statements:
You can view all of your account staments from the past to present through the Helm Billing Menu. To view your account staments, from the Billing Menu Click the "Account Statements" icon as circled in Img4.
This will open the Account Statements Screen [not shown]. From here you can viewe your account history.

Viewing Recurring Payments:
You can view all of your recurring payments from through the Helm Billing Menu.To view your account staments, from the Billing Menu Click the "Recurricng Payments" icon as circled in Img5.
This will open the Account Statements Screen. [not shown]. From here you can view your Recurricng Payments if you have chosen to be charged automatically every billing period.
